As of right now, we do not have the funding for Issue 5 to go to print. A combination of fewer pre-orders than normal coupled with lackluster ad sales has created this dilemma. We have all intents to print the magazine as soon as we have the funding to do so. Basically, we need your help.

For anyone who would care to donate $50 or more to help get Issue 5 printed, Sheepie will make a full outfit set. Set includes undergarments, socks, pants/skirt, shirt, jacket, and 3 accessories (hat, glasses, jewelry, hair decor, etc.). Sets can be made to fit any of the Groove family dolls. Contact Sheepie@dollymarket.net for information.

In addition, pre-orders for Issue 5 are still open. A link to the order form will be listed at the bottom of this post.

We also have a few copies of Issues 3 and 4 still available for purchase as well.

Another way to help would be to purchase advertisement space if you are someone who takes commissions for doll clothing, face-ups, etc. Contact Kanamai@dollymarket.net for information.

Cover Contest for Issue 5

The winner of the Issue 5 Cover Contests photo will decide what the theme is.
Entries are due by June 25th, 2010

Entry Submission Guidelines
All entries must be 300dpi and 8.75×11.25 inches
You may pick any theme
The theme of your photo must be specified in your entry
You may submit up to 2 entries
Please submit your image as either a high quality png or jpeg

Please note: You may only submit entries that have never been published in print or on the internet. This means that it can not be on a blog, personal website, a social networking site (such as MySpace or Facebook), a photo hosting site (such as Flickr or Picasa), etc. If your photo has been previously published, it will be disqualified.

The winner’s entry will be the magazine cover and will determine what the theme of the photo shoot section will be. An interview with the winning photographer will also be published in the magazine.

If you are the winner, your winning photo may not be published in print or on the internet until after the magazine is in circulation. Our goal is to keep the magazine fresh, fun, and exciting!
